East Kent urgent treatment centres
NHS Kent and Medway need your help to improve urgent care services for everyone living in the East Kent area.

Urgent Treatment Centres(External link) (UTCs) are an important part of the urgent care system. They are designed to provide treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, helping to ease pressure on Emergency Departments (A&E). Unlike A&E, UTCs are not for emergencies but are there to offer timely care closer to home for issues that need urgent attention.

We’d like to hear your views and experiences of using UTCs. Your feedback will help us understand what matters most to you and ensure that the people of East Kent have access to the right services in the right locations.

This short survey will take no more than 7–8 minutes of your time.

Closing Date: Monday 17 March at 9am
